What I like about this watch is that is a dress watch first and smartwatch second. It looks like a proper manly watch. It's solid and is water resistant up to 50 meters .The smartwatch part have enough features but not too many useless features.This gives it a great advantage compared to a smartwatch: GREAT battery life. With my usage (10-20 notifications per day) I easily get one week between charges ! Compare this with 1-2 days for a smartwatch !Please note it has two batteries: one that powers the quartz movement, that should be good for two years, and another rechargeable battery for the smart part. So the clock works even if the smartwatch doesn't.The smart features are :- 3 lines of notifications (you can receive SMS, Whatsapp, Facebook, or any other app) with scrolling- time and date in 3 timezones- counts steps- see who's calling and can reject the call. There is no point in answering the call from the watch, since you would need to get the phone to your ear anyway.- see the song that is playing (but cannot control the playback).All these are enough so you do not have to get your phone out of the pocket most of the time.One caveat is that the font is quite small, so you need good eyes.The watch is quite big, no doubt about it. The titanium versions weighs 95 grams.IMPORTANT NOTE about the charging dock!The watch came with an empty battery. When I first put the watch in the charging dock, the position that would seem normal to me, does not actually makes contact b/w the pins on the watch and the cradle. So it did not charge.After waiting for an hour, I realized I had to carefully align the pins on the watch with those on the charging dock. Any slight movement 1-2mm left or right would break the contact.So, if you think the watch does not charge, make sure to align the pins correctly.After one or two tries you'll get a hang of it !

Good looking watch. Solid build, good quality materials. Can see the OLED display well through the skeletal hands of the watch. The size of the watch may be a turn off for people with really small wrists or people who are not used to large watches, but I find that it is not too large or heavy and feels comfortable on my wrist. I did not expect full smartwatch functionality, but it would have been nice if it would track sleep. Some other nice to have things would be glow in the dark hands and markers and a rotating bezel. Charger is kind of clunky and hard to connect securely. For me, it is worth these compromises to have a watch that actually looks like a watch without having to wake up a digital display to see the time. My other smart watch is a Pebble Steel, and this watch has some of the same virtues.

Worked well for a couple months then Smart features started acting up; disconnecting, resetting etc. Nice watch all around just disappointed could no longer use it for the expressed reason I purchased it.

I gave this as a gift to a watch aficionado, who claimed all smart watches were evil. Score! He loves the watch and wears it nearly every day as his "daily beater." However, he did have to spend just a wee bit of time with HP customer service before working out the kinks to make the watch work with his iPhone. Once resolved, it appears to work consistently.

Just opened up the box to see the watch has it's Hour and Minute hands in inaccurate positions. Its showing 9'o clock when Minute hand is at the 37th minute, then if I place the Minute Hand at 60th, Watch shows the Hour Hand to already be half way to the next hour. (Check the attached Picture). I had ordered this to be a gift, Thank god I Opened up the packing to check on it, can you imagine the let down if the person opened up a gift to see this!
