Been using it 30 minutes 5 days a week. Hold up, easy to use at home, and provides a wide range of exercises.

Excellent isometric device
High quality construction and very good for isometrics because you can do push and pull exercises. I am average strength male so it is challenging for me to use. If you are very strong then it might be too easy for you.

Training with Convenience
Had one of these years ago and it really worked. Was going to join a health club but remembered about the bull worker. Works wonders, and on my own schedule. Not to mention it’s saving me a lot of money in health club dues. Highly recommend this product. It really works.

Hands down, one of the best products out there!
I discovered isometric training and the bullworker almost four years ago after a prolonged period of autoimmune disease doing everything but crippling my body. Starting with the shorter steel bow, I have found a tool that has enabled me to continue developing long lost physique from disease and still able to workout during flare ups.The bow basic is the perfect fit for me with leg and ab workouts as I stand 5'2". While the steel bow permitted leg work, I found it difficult at times with my flexibility; the bow basic fills that void.Motion is smooth and the fixed spring provides a solid range of resistance for those who are starting out and provides room for gains or future maintenance. The overall length is perfect for a wide range of individuals to work various body parts with one tool. For folks on the shorter end of the spectrum, I would definitely recommend this where the larger bow classic provides struggles or the steel bow comes short. My only negative for this given product is the lack of hand grips. Grip is an important factor in building strength. Integrating a versatile hand grip as found on the newer bullworker products would be an added bonus here. Being a basic model, I did not expect interchangeable springs found in other models so this is not an issue. I would recommend though for developers to integrate this length into their overall developed product line in the future with interchangeable options. This would enable smaller folks to have more options for a full body workout in one tool.

Excellent product!
I think this is a great basic Bullworker. I have been using Bullworkers since 1967. I think the simplicity of the design and fact that the tubes are anodized aluminum is quite a plus. I still have and use my originalTensolator. I use the Basic while reading my morning news in front of the pc.
