Good, have been using it for months.It tastes and digests better if properly consumed. For me it worked the best in recipes like overnight oats etc. rather than protein shake. It doesn't give you bloating and is smooth to digest.It is not tasty, but all of the whey proteins have similar taste, Choco Hastlenut is the tastiest one for me by far. It is comparably cheap, trustable and quality whey, so go for it!Keep in mind before expecting something from protein supplements:1. They are just helping you to reach your protein intake and they don't magically increase muscle or strength.2. The taste of any protein product is not that good.3. It is better to fuse them with recipes rather than drinking it like a shake.

It doesn't blend well with milk or water, and I've found it genuinely difficult to consume, even in small quantities.I understand that flavored proteins are meant to make supplementation more enjoyable, but in this case, the *flavoring has had the opposite effect*—it’s made it almost impossible to include in my daily routine. I don't know if it's authentic, assuming it's authentic I will say that the choco hazel flavor has a peculiar strong smell that lasts in the room for a long time even after you have closed the packet/container . Other than that the taste and muscle gain results are pretty good but don't compare it with MB or other more expensive protein powders. It is great for the price it comes with and there is great mixability and also doesn't cause any bloating upon consumption

It is absolutely best protein in its price range. The taste is fantastic and the quality of is incredible. I had been using it from several months now and each month I try different flavours. Creamy strawberry is absolute peach highly recommended. Try it with curd it enhances the flavour.
