Nice combination
I like that they have combined some complementary vitamins in one easy to take pill. The capsules are very small, easy to swallow, and you only need one a day.

The Combo
I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:Any time I can get multiples in one I am up for it. I take about 14 pills a day, and this helps take it down from there

High doses, but do we need them ?
Well, I’m a new member to the D3 and MK7 club as there is sufficient data proving the effectiveness. You shouldn’t be taking D3 anymore without the K2 included. And vitamin A is also a worthy vitamin that people tend to forget these days. However I question the need for 1500mcg of vitamin A, when the recommended dose is 900 and the 500mcg of K2 is way higher then I’ve ever seen in a supplement. The recommended dose is varied but I’ve never seen it over 200mcg. My point is that while this may be a super potent combination, it might be too much of a good thing and the cost may reflect this. While you probably can’t take too much K2, I’d rather my body not get used to higher doses then it needs. Also, fat soluble vitamins taken together can diminish the absorption of them both from what I read. Perhaps this is the reason for the higher doses? Do your own research, it takes some time but it’s your health. For me, I’ll stick with a D3 and K2 in the recommended levels for now . There’s nothing wrong with this brand, but some better explanation of why the higher doses might be welcomed .

Lots of K2 Yay!!!
I recently have been reading up on the health benefits of vitamin K2 and have fully decided to incorporate more of it in my diet every day. It's found in foods, but many are the types people don't much like - liver, eggs, etc... I find it very easy to take one of these very small capsules everyday. K2 is is so good, especially when combined with D3 and A to get calcium into bones where needed and not deposited in other areas of the body where it can be a problem. There are several types of K vitamins but the main ones are - K1 for blood clotting, and K2 for mineral absorption and not so much for clotting. No one ever seems to be low in K1 but they are in K2. I think this is one of the best supplements I've reviewed in a while as it contains the most K2 I've seen so far, and it includes a good amount of D3 and A, all of which work in tandem for good skeletal health.

Work great
I regularly take vit D for overall better health but mostly, for heart health, bones and digestion. Vit D is essential for the absorption of calcium. And we don't seem to get nearly enough from our diets. Walking in the sunshine helps but we don't get enough of that either with our weather patterns. I had read about K2 helping with absorption of Vit D and aiding Vit D in its function of absorbing calcium. And I take Vit A for better eye health. This combination seems a heaven sent in that I don't have to take 3 pills to get all of those in! One compact pill for comprehensive action. Easy to swallow with a few sips of water. Easy to carry a few in a pill box on travel. No stomach upsets from taking this. A small sized capsule that goes down smoothly. You should start seeing an effect in a few days, especially if you are an avid runner/walker.

Expensive but good for you. Lots of goodies in one little package.
After breaking it down, these might actually be a great value even when you suffer from “sticker shock” at the price.Instead of taking multiple vitamins and supplements they are in one tidy little pill. Before you rule these out on cost, take a look at all the good things that are there. I did and it was a pleasant surprise.I would much rather take one little pill than a handful.Give these a try. I am glad I did. I seem to have a lot more energy now that I am taking these and I take them with more regularity since it is one and not a handful at a time.

It is a daily essential supplement for my well-being
A tiny bottle comes with 60 capsules of small size gelatin-coated Vitamins A, 1500 mcg, Vitamins D3 and K2. It is easy to swallow and with mild medication taste. It works great for any age, especially great for the senior. It is filled evenly with high potency. A daily dose to help and prevent imbalance for bone loss and mood changes. It also helps with cells regeneration for better skin from Vitamin A. This is a great combo ingredient in a small capsule.

High potency supplement
This is a supplement that really packs a punch with potency. You need K2 to absorb vitamin D and this will definitely fit the bill. I'm not really sure we really need this high of doses of each of these vitamins including the vitamin A, I'll have to do more research on that. These capsules are very small (not much bigger than my pinky nail and I have small hands) and are easy to swallow. After taking these for a while and finding out if this amount is actually beneficial or if I'm just gonna pee it out, I'll decide if the sticker price is worth purchasing again.
