I've had this chair for about a month now. The build quality is excellent. This is the first chair that I've owned with a metal base, and such strong support. I was having back pains due to my previous chair having no lower lumbar support. It took about a month for the pain to subside after using this chair as a replacement. The automobile style chair tilt is what initially sold me on the chair but it has many more ergonomic features. I have it tailored specifically to my arm length, leg length, the angle that my wrists rest on the keyboard/mouse, and the most comfortable seat tilt. I would equate this chair to the be La-Z-Boy of office chairs.

I bought a Clutch Gaming chair. This chairs Knee-Tilt Mechanism broke within a year. I tried to get the part warrantied, but without a receipt, they wound't do anything, even though I sent in picture of the Metal Casted part that broke. . I then bought the $80 replacement part so I didn't WASTE my money on this EXPENSIVE chair. The part came with in the shipping time. When it arrived I went to put the part on my chair and the holes didn't line up with my chair. I paid for a Faulty part and the new part didn't fit my chair. I had to modify the mounting holes to get it to fit. I you want to buy a Gaming chair, I would suggest ANY other brand. This company doesn't stand behind it's product and doesn't have a very stable manufacturing process. STAY AWAY!

Amazing chair. Better quality than dxracer imo.

There was damage to both of my chairs that wasn't caused by shipping. One also has a defect that Clutch refuses to acknowledge is an issue. Their support is nearly nonexistent and they just stop responding when you ask them to replace the damaged chair they send you. The chair also gave me rashes on about 30% of my body.Do not buy this chair.
