Strong and useful product
I've bought it twice. It comes with all necessary tools (nuts, bolts, washers and spanner). The painting or coating is good. It's been in an open balcony for about an year and hasn't weathered, except for a very few spots in the base where the painting has chipped off slightly, but nothing that requires a paint job. I use one for 3 small pots and the other one for 2 medium sized pots. It holds the weight very easily without any structural deformity or damage. Useful product.
