I feel that this series was way to serious to make the art psudo-comic book style but I loved that they kept the story the same. For those that know the series it follows along perfectly to the story and it does finish earlier than in the actual books. I would reacomend listening/reading the actual books before this but I have to say that I love it.

As others said, volume 1 is a bit thin but I ultimately bought this to support the artist and author. The artist works super hard to chug out chapters to the point where he has had health issues with his wrist so I wanted to support where I can.Regarding the story, it’s similar to jobless reincarnation in regards to the reincarnating, but other than that — it goes a different route in terms of storytelling/plot. It’s one of the best web comics that I’ve read so far, and I hope to continue reading more of it. I plan to buy future physical copies as well to show my support.

It’s a bit expensive for how thin it is and the quality. I understand they wanted to end the book on a good spot but the quality is also not the greatest. If you want the pictures to be crisp and clean you probably won’t like this. A good amount of the pages are pixelated and slightly blurry. Not bad enough where you can’t read it but it’s noticeable. It seems like they just enlarged the images from online but didn’t clean them up. It’s good if you just want a physical copy to have and read. Also if you’re not too particular about details.

Manga has some super charming artwork which is only made better with color! The story is also charming which is a great bonus! 5/5 will buy the next one.

One of the best starts of any series I’ve ever read!I have been reading TBATE and keeping up to date with it for many years now. The plot, character development/designs, and world building are the best of the best in this! I would highly recommend this to everyone!
