I was bit skeptical about buying furniture online, however WOODLAB dining table design caught my attention and I ordered it in Amazon.It has met my expectations in every way. Crafted with impeccable attention to detail, this dining table is a testament to both elegance and durability. Dining table looks absolutely simple yet stunningly modern and its very sturdy and wood finishing is Good. In terms of quality for this price point its totally worth, as evident from the photos I have attached.What really impressed me was WOODLAB customer support!!!!. I ordered the furniture on 3rd March 2024, and received it on 18th March 2024. It was slightly delyed but its completely fine as it was heavy shipment delivery from Jaipur to Bangalore.However one of the chair was damaged and I contacted WOODLAB through Amazon regarding this issue.Woodlab team contacted me through call 📞 and I shared photos of damaged chair in whatsapp and they immediately arranged pickup and delivery of new chair.I have received 1st replacement chair on 4th April 2024. Guess what even this was damaged and I informed the same in WhatsApp. Seller accepted this without single question and shipped another new chair.I have received 2nd Replacement on 16th April 2024, and again this was damaged. I sent pic again, seller again arranged new chair delivery. Seller was highly disappointed with his courier partner (rivigo) so this time he took an extra step and arranged delivery through DELHIVERY.I have received my 3rd replacement through DELHIVERY and this time chair was in perfect condition.It could be manufacturing defect or damaged during shipment. But one thing that amazed me was seller took full responsibility and fully supported me untill I received the undamaged chair. I highly appreciate WOODLAB team for thier unwavering customer support. Rathan tata once said don't start business to make profit, start a business to make difference. I feel WOODLAB team has made the difference.Logically speaking chair package occupied almost a refrigerator space. Imagine Shipping such a big shipment 3 times from Jaipur to Bangalore, I mean it might cost them almost the price of the chair itself. Yet they Shipped since they value their customer.I would rate dining table 4/5 ( Reason there is always room for improvement). I really liked the dining table and got good comments from relatives and friends when they saw it.I would rate WOODLAB customer service 5/5 (Reason already explained above)Thank you so much 🙏 WOODLAB. The table received was of very nice quality. Very spacious and easy to assemble.Also no complaints from last 2 months as I am using it. Very prompt and good service received from the dealer and Amazon as well.

After much thought and going through numerous products I settled with this product, and I am glad I did, it is sturdy and looks good. For the price I paid I would say it was definitely a good buy, there was a sight damage on the side of the table, but I am hoping that would not cause much of a trouble, as only today the table was delivered.Overall a good purchase, and I am content.

Easy to Assemble , just 8 Screws. Its Solid wood and sturdy .Nicely Wrapped when received . Still there were minor scratches in Chairs, surely from mishandling in shipping.I Hope the shinning remains and there will be no cracks in table top or chairs

The media could not be loaded. Waste of money, worst quality product. The dining table top is not made from one or two pieces of wood but rather from many pieces that are unfinished and lack quality.The chairs that were sent arrived broken.

Loved the assistance done by the team, they delivered it within 5 days on a request.The table looks royal.Installation had to be done by ourselves, but the final product is amazing.

This dining table is one of the best piece of furniture in our house. We got compliments from many of our guests. Best in quality and the packaging was very good too.
