This is a nice, lower watt (40 watts) to brighten up a sometimes dark corner. Had been looking for something smaller with a lighter shade and this was it. The mica shade dresses up the look. The shade is adjustable, but the base is not, the 19” height was just right for my needs. Have always had a positive experience with Lamps Plus.

I have a small bedside table in my guest room and this small table lamp fits just perfectly on it! The lamp came well packed, took two seconds to assemble, and seems well made sturdy, substantial, and looks very nice.

I love this lamp.

This is a wonderful lamp, well made, sturdy and stable on our desk. However, the on-off switch is in a very awkward spot about 10 inches from the lamp on the cord. Trying to reach and operate the switch when the cord dangles over the desk is trying. It would have been money well spent to have a push-button switch on the lamp's base and add another dollar or two to the price. (Adding it ourselves would be a chore.) Otherwise, we'd have given the lamp a 5+ star rating. What we really liked was that Lamps Plus, who supplied us with the lamp through Amazon, included a LED bulb with the package. This was totally unexpected and very conscientious of them. That almost raised our rating to 5 stars!

This is a great little lamp. Just the right size for on a desk or end table. I was concerned that I couldn't use more than a 40 watt bulb when I made the purchase but it isn't an issue. Since the lamp shade can be directed where you need the light the most it is plenty bright for paperwork on my desk. It's also a nicely made lamp with a reasonable price.

I bought this lamp for my desk. It was well packaged to keep it protected. The bronze and mica are beautiful together. It is large enough to give sufficient like to the area and not so large that is takes up desk space. A knob on the top allows you to adjust the light direction. The power switch is on the electrical cord not far from the lamp base, but can be a challenge if you are having to reach behind something so I used an Amazon smart plug and have no issues. A great purchase!

i have been looking for a long time for a little reading lamp in my kitchen. didn't really want a library one or a bankers lamp. then this one popped up. it is heavy based, muted light (but quite bright) really fills my kitchen with warmth and my soul with joy. and the price is reasonable also.

I wanted a lamp for playing piano that matched my room decor, which is a lot of dark woods and black/brown metallic furniture, very rich, earth tones. This complemented everything perfectly and works perfectly. It fits in with the decor better than a lot of the dedicated piano lamps.This came well packaged and was extremely easy to set up (just need to attach the shade). It has a rotary switch on the cable, the kind that you run your finger against it. I prefer push-button switches but the benefit is this means there's no switch or anything obtrusive on the base.
