Some leaking on the tap

You will need to make sure you have added all the white plastic in order the product to not leak. At first we install it without the white round plastic and was leaking but after we have realised that it might leak because we haven’t used all the things from the pack.When I read the reviews I wasn’t sure if it will be a good product but it’s actually working well. Hopefully will last long as well! 🤞

First of all it always leak a little after each use and if not checked properly it will leak in large amount because it won’t close properly. After 2 months of use it started to leak from the tube which made it unusable. The toilet floor was always wet after I brought this. Waste of money and water.

This was great in that it did not leak as I took note of the other reviews to ensure I used all the rubber washers in the pack. I have low water pressure in my house so unfortunately I’ve needed to disconnect it and will look at the electric sprayers. If my water pressure was high this would be a great piece of kit so be aware of this before buying. It was very easy to install and worked well apart from pressure too low.

Good quality

I really disappointed the way it's packed, not even covered all the parts properly and main thing there is no installation or user manual document along with the product.

Fitted to my bidet which is next to toilet.Use the shower whilst sitting on toilet.Saves so much money on toilet roll.

Though product is good quality but still it’s not universal connector. This was not connected in washbasin I had dropped the idea to use this.
