TRIXIE 39-in. XXL Fonda Cat Tree with Sisal Scratching Post, Condo Base and Platform for Large Cats, Gray

We bought this “The Fonda”in September 2022 and it has been an instant hit with all of our fur babies. We have 3 large adult Cats,16lbs,14lbs,12lbs- everything is big here in Alaska! We also have 1 medium sized kitten. We have it by one of our front windows and have a set steps by it so the elderly Cat can get up and sit there to watch Moose in our yard. The scratching posts is used a lot ( all of them have their claws)and has yet to fray!Top bed is large enough for the Maine Coon/Nebelung, the house at the bottom is perfect place to retreat from obnoxious kittens. I cannot say enough good about the quality, sturdiness and size of this cat perch.

Unser kleiner Maincoon hat den Kratzbaum sofort angenommen! Beim Auspacken und Hinstellen dachte ich noch, der Kratzbaum ist ja doch recht wuchtig. Aber durch seine schöne Farbwahl (Weiß-Hellgrau-Dunkelgrau) und das harmonische Design passt er sich gut ein. Die beiden weißen Einlegekissen lassen sich unkompliziert waschen. Der TRIXIE XXL Fonda bietet viel Platz, ist robust und steht stabil. Ideal für die große imposante Katze, aber auch z.B. für zwei normal Große.

I've had this for about 9 months now and it's held up very well. My pair are constantly balled up on the top. One of the cats is a tank and there's ample space for both of them. I love that the top of the nook, just below the scratching post is big enough for them to stand on and it's at a great height for peering out of the window.

It's a very attractive unit and my kitties love it! The assembly was a little hard for one elderly woman to accomplish, even though there were only a couple of steps, but once I got it put together, it seems very sturdy. With two active cats, I am sure I will have to replace it in a few years, but it shows very little wear and tear so far, six months later. Made in Europe...pretty rare find these days.

Simba loves it! He is a big cat 23lbs and has enough room to lay down and inside the box too . Only down the fabric is a bit crinkly on the bottom box . But its good overall.
