Litchi Single Serve Pod Coffee Maker Ground Coffee Machine 2-in-1 15OZ , Black

My Keurig coffee maker died after 3 years of pretty heavy use. I was searching Amazon for a replacement and found this one. I have purchased other Litchi items previously and have always been pleased with their value, durability, and ease of use. So, I decided to try their K-cup coffee maker.It is well made. It is easy to use and seems very durable. It accommodates even my largest coffee cup. It takes up less counter space than my old Keurig. The K-cups fit perfectly. They are very easily inserted and removed. This machine operates at 800 watts, so a standard size, 10 ounce cup of coffee takes about 3 minutes to brew. 15 ounce cups take a minute longer.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. It is about one third the price of the machine it replaced, and it works just as well. This unit seems well made, and I expect it to last for some time.

This coffee maker is the worst I've ever had. We purchased this product to use on our trip to Alabama in June. We pulled our travel trailer back with us. First, if it will make kcups coffee at all you have to run it twice to get the cup full. Most of the time you can't get it to work at all. Unfortunately our return window is closed so we just wasted our money and will have to buy another coffee maker. Very disappointed.

The Litchi Single Serve K-Cup Coffee Maker is overall a good buy so far. I had one issue with it after a few uses, whereby the water flow through the coffee was greatly reduced to barely a trickle. I found a YouTube posting that advised to blow a few blasts of caned air from an air duster into the outlet on the top cover. Once I did this, all was solved. The product makes excellent coffee at the right temperature for my tastes. I would advise that it is worth buying, but beware of the K-Cup brands used as some can cause the clogging I experienced. Also consider keeping an air duster (canned air) handy for occasional cleaning.

I only got to use this about 6 times successfully before the unit started shutting off after only pumping out a quarter cup of coffee. It would continue to pump out water if I pressed it again, but for some reason it was not coffee brewed water...just water, diluting the quarter cup of coffee I had. In opening up, there was water all over the place on the inside, and the way it was dripping out was splashing all over my counter. Returning the unit today...Updated Review: I think it may have been the first bag of k-cups I used that was the fault. I noticed they weren't quite "seating" properly and snapping into the unit. I opened a new bag as I was desperate for coffee before returning the machine. I stood there and pushed down harder on the lid to insure contact and a great cup of coffee came out. Ever since then it has been working great. Just check your k-cup and make sure it "snaps" down into the socket and doesn't wobble around before closing the lid with a firm push and turn of the dial....

Worked exactly 4 times before not working at all. This was a gift to my Daughter-in-law and we are very disappointed. I'm hoping that the vendor will refund the purchase price. She lives out of my state so not sure when I could get the product to return or if she still has has the packaging.

I went through two other brands of single serve coffee makers before ending up with this one. It has been working consistently for two months now, I particularly enjoy that I can put a tea bag in the basket and have tea without the added waste of a k-cup. My only issue is that, no matter what I seem to do, if I try to use grounds in the basket they end up all over and I have contacted the seller for tips with no response. I have been using a reusable k-cup instead.
