It is extremely effective and an excellent price. It has helped ++++ with my aching joint and the stiffness has completely disappeared

I've had clicky knees for years and recently my wrist and ankles have started to ache and feel like they need clicking to so I thought I'd try these as they had a good review and were on offer.I've been taking 2 a day as recommended and in 1 week have already noticed a difference for the better, my knees feel as normal as they can for a (near) 50yr old and ankles/wrists are getting better, I'm hoping another week and they will be good. I'm going to stick with 2 a day for a month and then try going to 1 a day to see if it balances out.I will purchase again and would highly recommend.

I was told I needed this by my GP, after 1 week I can already feel the benefit. I feel less pain in my joints and I am sleeping better.

Great product, great price, however I didn't notice until receiving it that there is no piperene in it, making the turmeric pretty much pointless, as well as reducing the effects of some of the other ingredients.
