Ordered it for my daughters birthday and it wont play in 2 different dvd players and even tried gaming consoles. It wont play so my daughter was very upset. Wanted a full refund and they said they would give me 20% back thats like $4 so i wasted $25 on this and want a full refund and so far nothing. They told me its because its a Europe version which is cra! Advertisement shows DVD so should play in a DVD player. Amazon is good for refunds on things that dont work so this third party seller should return items as well that are defective.
