I didn’t notice this is Carnitine Tartrate when I bought it, and didn’t know what form that is. I looked it up and turned out this is the form that’s most effective in burning fat compared to other forms. However, I didn’t notice much difference in energy compared to Carnipure.. both are equally effective. But according to the comparison article I came across, looks like this one should be better at burning fat.I love the taste too.
