Unfortunately the product could not be installed due to a manufacturing defect. The support from the seller was not satisfactory, the product was sitting idle for 10 days and they did not send a technician to investigate the issue and provide a solution.Once it was clear that I would not be receiving support from the seller, I contacted Amazon.Amazon as usual was prompt in sending a technician from their end to investigate and confirm the defect. Refund process was smooth.

The cross trainers came nicely packed and I got it installed with the help of support. I realised for a single person it isn’t easy so you may need two person to install it. The product is decent size with 8 KG flywheel which is usually recommended for ease of use. Heavier the flywheel, the smoother and quieter the machines runs. This one does the job perfectly. The built quality is good and I have been using it for a month now without any issues. However the support could have been better.
