It shouldn't but there are 'different qualities of neoprene'... and it's possible it could irritate a person with a latex allergy...but it absolutely shouldn't and neoprene allergies are 'extremely rare'...but nothing to quantify rare...if it's a serious reaction I would look for neoprene products that include a trademark indication that it's genuine neoprene.
