Got this for my son. He loves it!

Not for beginners /lacks information
The top and bottom edges of the book had a little wear to them like it was possibly used. The book could be good for someone who already knows what they are doing. I purchased the book to learn different workouts....there's no use in having a book thatbi have to Google each exercise and take a screen shot to remember how to do it. A lot of wasted pages just blank...where photos should have been...Will be returning on my next trip to town.

Not for little experience working out with dumbellsbbells
This book did not help me what so ever. No illustration just wording. Maybe for more advanced people. I return it.
