We managed to break both of the old handles on our steamer as they'd gone brittle over time. It seemed a shame to retire it just because of that so I looked to get replacement handles. These did the job admirably. I removed what was left of the old ones and screwed these on. They're sleek and feel sturdy. Great stuff.

I had an old stainless steel cooking pot of my mums. Im a firm believer of, they dont make stuff like they used to. 1 of the handles burnt and broke off, so we had been using it for years with only 1 handle. I ordered these handles to see if they would fit and they were perfect. Easy to fit and quality looks good too. Hope they last! Will look to replace the lid knob too and then it will be good as new.

Ordered for a sturdy pot with damaged handles- perfect fit

I have some high-quality pots that are over 20yrs old. The metal (18-10 stainless steel) is still fine, but many of the Bakelite handles are damaged due to overheating on a gas hob. In fact, the handles on one of our smaller saucepans (18cm) crumbled and fell off.This product was the closest match I could find on Amazon (in terms of looks). The handle shape was the same, the slit in the metal under the handle was the same. The only main difference is that mine were secured via a single central bolt and these have two extra holes in addition to the larger central one.Whilst I was searching for which handles to buy, I noticed that replacement handles are almost always devoid of any details. How large is the hole, what diameter bolt do they provide, how long is the bolt, what diameter pot are they designed for?As this product was quite cheap, in fact one of the cheapest replacement handles on Amazon, I thought it was worth just giving it a try. A new replacement pot of similar quality could be ten or more times the price of these handlesMaybe all pot handles use a common bolt diameter or I’m just lucky, but the bolts provided here matched exactly what I had previously and it was easy to just screw them into place. Even if they didn’t, I could have still used the original bolts if I needed to.Although I am able to get these handles securely bolted to my pot, there are gaps because the curve of the connection between the handle and pot is much larger. Looking at some of the other replacement handles on the market, they all seem to have been designed expecting much larger pots. I compared these handles up against some other pots of ours and it made a good fit (without gaps) against the outside of a 26cm pot.Despite the gaps and that they look a bit weird not connecting flush to the pot side, they still hold on securely and allow the pot to continue to be used. They don’t twist on our pot, although I can imagine they could depending on the metal work under the pot handle on yours.It wasnt until after I had purchased these, that I thought about trying to swap out the metal surround of my original pot with the new one to get a better fit, but unfortunately they weren’t compatible with the new ones. If I were to buy some more handles and try again for a better fit, I would pay more attention to that metal surround area among the choices, in the hope I could swap them out and get a flush fit.

Inexpensive handles saved me buying a whole new expensive pan

They do the job good enough but unfortunately the screws aren't stainless steel and rusted almost immediately also the metal cove is extremely thin and sharp. Mine were bent in shipping which took me time to reshape. Thankfully the weren't expensive.

Picked these as screw fixings in right location for replacement and near match on looks. Have used one and is fine.

It fit as expected but it was missing a screw.
