Looks Good To Me
Did not purchase for intended use (using it to reinforce some sewing projects), but the product came as described and is fluorescent and reflective. No more fraying than I anticipated. Was able to run a needle through it and it held the thread.

Very bright and visible
This rope is very bright and visible. I was looking for rope that would easily be spotted from a ways away. This is perfect for that.
