Excellent customer support
Chair is great so far, really good bang for the buck. Was missing 2 screws from the box, but I contacted them and in less than a week I received the missing's screws.

Updated: Very responsive and helpful customer support
UPDATED REVIEW:Although it wasn't immediate, I did end up hearing back from the company and at that point they took care of everything quickly and professionally. So, five stars for customer support and their willingness to stand behind their product. That also allows me to focus just on the chair in this updated review. It also gives me the confidence to tell other buyers to go ahead and pull the trigger, because there is a real group of human beings at the other end who can help you if things go awry, and not just a chat bot.As a preface I'll say I bought this chair for my home office. I'm around 6'3", not overweight, but with neck issues AND lower back issues. I am also a software engineer. So that is a bad combo. Though I have a stand-sit desk, I do spend a large amount of time sitting and typing. I won't say that this chair has cured me of my back problems. But it is the first chair that does NOT give me a headache after sitting in it for ~2 hours - and I have tried other chairs, including some $3000+ boutique Steelcase chairs in the work office.Rather than a long narrative, I'll just bullet-list the key things I like and the things that make this chair what I would say is a unique value.- Total configurability, if that's a word. Every single aspect of the chair can be configured, and it probably needs to be, if you are going to get an ergonomic setup that works for you.- Split back rests. I thought this was a gimmick. It's not. I can't explain to you the science of why it works, but it helps me sit up straight longer, with less pain.- Mesh seat! When you filter chairs by mesh seating, the options drop drastically. I don't know why this is. Honestly, I'm not sure why someone would want to sit on anything besides mesh if they're going to be sitting for a while. Yes, mesh is not "cozy", but you do not buy this chair for coziness, you buy it so that you and/or your employees can work and not have to go to the chiropractor every week.- Build quality. Despite the old review, the build quality of the major components of this chair are excellent. As I alluded to, I've put together Steelcase chairs for our corporate office, and the build quality of the Duorest is not discernibly different - yet, it comes in at less than a QUARTER of the SC price point. So, given all that, plus a company that is willing to help you out in the off case that something goes sideways, this is a no brainer.... you will not find a better work chair.OLD REVIEW, left for transparency:In less than a month, one of the core screws which holds the back of the chair and the housing for the headrest in place, fell out and the threads were stripped - incomprehensibly, the design decision was made apparently to screw this bolt directly into plastic threads, and not metal. Attempts to contact the company went unanswered, so I am just leaving this review as a warning to others to avoid the chair.

Annoyed might return
Its comfortable when it stays in place. No matter how many times I adjust or tighten the back it ends up falling and not being in an ideal spot. I spent a ton of money on this chair just to have it constantly need to be lifted and adjusted throughout the day. Pretty frustrated.

Great chair for those that want good posture and back support
So I have only had the chair for a week and in a way it's amazing with the right adjustments and I would say most important this is not a gaming chair or a relaxing chair this a I want to work and have good posture chair. I have tried many ergo chairs and lots of times you get that feeling the lumbar is too much or not enough I don't feel that with this. So far I have sat in this everyday for about 10 hours and I do not have back pain but I do feel like I got a massage which for me is weird I'm not a big massage person.Pros: 1. Very adjustable, first the lowest height is the highest I would ever go and I'm 6.3 my desk is 30 in high so for one how a lot of chairs over time sink you never have to worry about this it can't go any lower. The seat can go move back and forth really helps for taller people, and the backrest can be installed in two positions.2. Feels well built and I could see this chair lasting long as I don't know what could break as it feels like a sturdy metal.3. Super easy to put together its 3 screws no need for a tools.4. Back support like no other chair best way to describe is imagine your getting a massage and on your lower back and you paused it.5. Recline is perfect feels very premium no noise squeaks very adjustable.Cons: (also I am new to ergo chairs, use to bad posture, and 6,3)1. Mesh bottoms or just mesh in general I never been a fan of but it does feel cool all the time, and the lip around mesh is hard won't affect you if you sit correctly.2. The back support will get warm and maybe that is good thing for some having a little heat on your lower back.I'm really thinking about trying the lower version of this chair as it has cushion bottom but it is not as adjustable as this chair.

This is a standout, top notch chair.
After several weeks of using the Duoback Duorest Alpha office chair in its sleek white variant, I am thoroughly impressed. The first thing that strikes you is its modern, elegant design which looks great and unique.. But it's not just about looks; the comfort and support this chair provides are unparalleled. The dual backrests are a game-changer, offering adjustable lumbar support that caters to the natural curvature of the spine. This feature has significantly reduced my back pain, which was a constant issue with my previous chairs. The chair's padding is just right - firm enough to support, yet soft enough to be comfortable over long periods. You will not believe how great this chair feels on your back. Moreover, the chair's build quality is top-notch. The materials used feel premium, and the chair exudes a sense of durability. The adjustments for height, tilt, and armrests are intuitive and allow for a highly personalized seating experience. What I particularly appreciate is the chair's mobility. The smooth-rolling casters and the 360-degree swivel make moving around my workspace effortless and fun.In conclusion, the Duoback Alpha in white is not just a chair; it's an investment in comfort and productivity. Whether you're working long hours or just need a reliable and comfortable seating solution, this chair is an excellent choice. It balances aesthetics, ergonomics, and durability, making it a standout product in its category.
