There is nothing I could complain about this cuddy cozy bed. The product was packaged with a very nice vacuum-sealed bag, so it was well protected during the shipment. After I placed the bed on the ground, my cat jumped in it and immediately claimed it as his. I'm glad that he loves it!!!I really enjoy the multi-functional design. You could easily change it into the form that you like just in a few seconds. Very easy to use!!! It could be used as a mat, a couch and a bed. I have never seen such a cat bed before. It looks pretty. The fabric is soft and comfortable. You can tell from the fabric that this bed is going to last a good long while. Nice quality and the cat took to it right away. I actually bought this in an attempt to have less cat hair on my bedding (by giving him this to lay on instead). It seems to be helping and still looks cute :)
