VVAY Electric Arc Candle Lighter USB Rechargeable, Windproof

have used this lighter for months now and I'm still on the first charge it is excellent for igniting gas burners.if you leave the devise for a few seconds it shuts down to preserve the battery simply flick the switch off n on to start it up again. the charge indicator is clear and easy to understand. it advertises as a candle lighter I have not tried this but the arc generated between the terminals is quite large so I don't see any reason it would not work for that purpose. well built device that functions as advertised. happy with my purchase would recommend.

This is an excellent rechargeable lighter, with a mini USB connector. The only fault has been that the stem was loose on the body, but fixed that with some tape. Otherwise, wonderful, and this is over a period of many months. Easy to see when it needs charging. I shall never buy another piezo-electric lighter as these all fail, no matter how cheap or expensive.

If like me, you always run out of matches, when you want to light a candle or your log burning fire, this is a very handy product.It takes a bit of getting used to, as it does not actually create a flame, so you have to make sure the candle wick is at the point where the arc lights it, similarly for paper or a firelighter.So I think it is a good produce, but only used it a few times, so time will tell.

I bought this after our previous arc lighter charging connection broke after 3 years of family heavy use, but was not longer available to buy another.This one, yes it works, yes, it lights stuff fairly easily, but in less than 10 months, its barely holding a charge and lights about 4 things (I use it to light my firelighter, which Im having to hold it against the edges for a good 10 seconds before theres enough heat generated for the firelighters to catch hold) then it needs charging again.It began degenerating within 2 ish months and by the middle of the 3rd month (and at that point out of return period with Amazon) it was down to about 50% of the power and useable time than it had at first.I charge overnight with its original cable and each evening after lighting the fire and a couple of candles, I have to recharge it again. With electricity the cost it is, it probably costs more to charge thins each night than it would to buy a pack of matches? No way would it light in a strong breeze out camping, or in the garden, unlike the previous one which lit the garden pizza oven in about 2 seconds in a howling wind. Really disappointed and Im looking for a replacement as I just know this will stop working soon.

Great product. Easy to use and no need to worry about gas refills. Simple to recharge with USB lead, although the lead supplied is rather short and a phone charger cable is an easy replacement. Battery lasts a long time between recharges giving several weeks of daily candle and fire lighting. Bendy neck useful for lighting in difficult places. I will buy a second one to live in the campervan.

I already had a non-flexible electric lighter, but needed another one. Went for this one for easier access when lighting a candle that has burned down quite a bit already and it works like a charm.Much easier to light the wick when you can bend the lighter!

it is abit finicky but it is good
