GPS Mount For Viofo A119 and A119S Dash Camera (For V1 Models Only)

I bought the GPS Mount for my A119S in December of 2016 and it worked for a few days. The mount was easily installed and the camera slides in nicely. It's unusable unfortunately. Once connected via the usb port on the GPS Mount, the camera turns on, and the screen constantly flickers until the screensaver kicks in. From then on, it's constantly resetting. For the past year I've had it connected via the port directly on the camera, rendering the GPS mount to nothing more than a mount.

The GPS function works well. However, the connection between the GPS mount and the dash-cam is poor. Every now and then, the dash-cam stops receiving enough power from the GPS mount, and the dash-cam resets. I've searched online, and other customers report the same issue. Viofo really should address this. My wife has the same dash-cam on her car, but so far has not experienced this issue.

Stuck very well, and does the job. Really did not want the GPS mount but that was all that available. Just needed a mount for a second vehicle.UpdateUnable to use this feature, has not worked correct since purchase. Overall I question the value of the VIOFO 119, has not met my expectation. This is not a review on the seller as I have found Mark to be very helpful, the camera has a lot of features that just do not work.The GPS mount came with the Camera it is just one part that dose not work.

Very irritant to hear the "on and off" sound of the camera since the connection with this GPS camera is not steady.

after owning this GPS mount for 3 months my dash cam now restarts on its own. I had it replaced and 3 months later same thing has happened. Now i am paying for shipping to return an item that is defective.

Allows me to move my A119 acorss multiple cars.

This is a great device has been working with no faults for over 2 years now.

work exactly as anticipated, unfortunately the dash cam has neen a total disappointment.
