Epicurious Hard Anodized Nonstick 13-Inch Covered Fry Pan

I’ve had for a few months and am very disappointed in the pan. When I put oil in pan it flows to the sides, the middle stays dry. I spent way to much money, thinking I would get a great pan. Wrong!

Love this pan! It is now my go to pan. It cleans up like a breeze, the lid is a bonus. It is big which is a plus for cooking but does make it harder to store. Best nonstick pan I’ve ever owned in 50 years. Plan on buying more for Christmas gifts.
