Samsung 3.0Ch Soundbar 2021 Gray - HW-S50A/ZN

Dead easy to set up.I use the arc from TV, and optic from the sky q box.The sound uses a combination of TV and soundbar, it works really well.It's 3 channel.... Uh?Instead of just left and right, it has a center speaker also.The center speaker is the voice speaker. This gives you better wider sounds, and can give a better spacial type sound, and it also has DOLBY SMART SOUND. not having back speakers it's not 5.1, but it's better than usual left n right.IMO, it doesn't need a sub. The bass is enough from the speaker. Trust me, I love my bass, and loud noises. This soundbar is fine without it.So easy to set up, plug it in, and go.The slate colour goes with our colours, but truthfully, it would go with most colour schemes.The sound, the sound is fantastic. My Mrs doesn't like me changing sounds around depending.on what we're watching, so it's kept on default adaptive. It works. In fact it works well. Music sounds good, but so does a film like John W. Normal TV watching is so much better with this than without.We had a week between where we had just TV, and that was fine (read my other review on the tv). The sou dnon the TV is fine without, bit with this soundbar, it's fantastic (I can't use better than that 😉).If you get a good deal, I say, get it, you won't regret it. You'll be glad, as it improves on good to become A-MA-ZING.

I bought this for a new TV for another room but didn’t want the bulk of a sub woofer as I have with my main TV.I was a bit concerned that the lack of a stand alone sub might be a big step back in bass delivery but this small soundbar still gives a lot of depth. Will never give you the booming sound of a separate sub but if you want a does sound solution that gives excellent performance for standard TV use but more than adequate music performance as well, then this is a great product at a budget price.

Easy to set up using Bluetooth, Tv recognized the sound bar straight away, sound was excellent, speech was much better than the tv speakers. Remote took a couple of goes to connect but after removing and re-inserting batteries it was fine. Remote not necessarily needed as the tv remote could work all functions of the soundbar although in a slightly different way. It is grey not black as stated in the description. Got it on special offer so well worth it.

Wanted this soundbar to connect with my ( old ) Samsung TV , to hopefully improve sound quality which is sometimes questionable on movies.Connecting via optical cable and bluetooth to my phone playlists.Ok , I'm not a Hi Fi Audio nerd but the sound quality is excellent.Build quality very good and a nice light grey finish it sits under shelf on my unit. Looks good.The remote is a little confusing but no doubt I will get to grips eventually !! ( its a age thing ).Happy days !

Impressed with the quality of the soundbar. After 2 hours of playing with the tv settings and not getting anywhere! Im might add the soundbar was not the problem.This is useful advice. Bluetooth was not working at all on the tv just would not connect. After loads of looking at Google and not getting anywhere! I decided to take the plunge and do a factory reset on the tv yes it was a right old pain. I couldn't believe it first try after the factory reset on the tv the soundbar actually connected via bluetooth. Loving watching films and actually hearing all the sound affects. So far so good. Timming and stability are good.
