I only received them today so cannot attest to their durability but they are THICK! I have a similar pair of Foster Grant reading glasses that I love but wanted an additional pair and could not find them in stores. FG glasses were nearly $30 so when I saw that these were nearly identical, I jumped at the deal. They appear to be the correct strength but quality is much different. In my photos, the FG frames are dark and the pair from Amazon is bright silver. Both are the same strength, 2.25 but you can see the difference in the thickness as well as the lens edges are not polished. May not make a huge difference to some, but not attractive to me. The case will also not close all the way due to the lens thickness. They are good enough for the price but I have some dollar store specs that are better quality. Bought these for a purse pair but they will be staying at home. Will continue my search at the drugstore.

I've tried many reading glasses over the years and these are the best I've ever owned. They are amazingly sturdy for rimless glasses - the bridge, temples, and nose pads are all securely mounted. The hinges are robust and are sprung when opened beyond 90 degrees for a secure fit. The nose pads are comfortable and the pad arms allow 360 degrees of movement to allow the pads to fit your nose.I also very much like the clarity and shape of the lenses. I use these glasses mainly for working on my computer and the wide width and narrow height allows me to see everything on the screen and my desk clearly while also allowing me to look 'over' the lenses for a good view of my surroundings (making it easy to see the face of someone which whom I have a conversation). They also work extremely well when reading a book.My only small complaint is that they are not available in a light silver frame. My previous favorite glasses did and so the glasses would kind of 'disappear' while these (which I purchased in gunmetal gray) make a much stronger visual statement.

I've been buying this style for years and they've been increasingly hard to find. I like the non-frame on the glasses and the sturdy wires at the sides. Being a small rectangular shape makes them feel almost not there. These are very well made and the lenses are very good quality. They can perch on the nose without seeming so far down that they're noticeable. Leaving plenty of space to look over the distance.I purchased a blue pair with a 2.50 strength, orange at 3.00 and the set of 3 in silver at 2.75. Thinking I might return what may be weaker or to strong. However, the lenses are so good that there's not an unsettling noticeable difference between them. Blue for the purse. Orange for the sewing machine and the greys for reading. 2.75 is good and clear for reading kindle books on the phone.Thanks. These are really great. They were delivered a week earlier so I wasn't expecting all 5 in the same package that fit in my mailbox easily. That's how small and lightweight they are. You won't be disappointed in this purchase.

I just love these readers. The hinged arms work terrific. They come with a small case so doesn’t take up a lot of room in my purse or pocket. I don’t like rims on my glasses so these are perfect. They come in the 2.25 size which is hard to find. I would definitely recommend them.

The glasses, which are most important, are comfortable and feather lite. My chief complaints are the stickers that are on the lens are slightly difficult to peel off. I was afraid I was going to scratch them with my fingernail. The other is the case which is completely useless when you remove the plastic. The case lining only covers the back which means you risk scratching the lenses if you put them in lens out. Also, I can't seem to get the case to close all the way, so I'm just going to pitch it. It's a nice pair of glasses, just wish the case had a better fit.
