Induced Vomiting
I fed it two separate times to two separate cats. The first cat vomited immediately. My second cat vomited for a week straight. I’ll never feed these to my cats ever again. I threw it all immediately in the garbage.

Even my dog-nephew loves these!
I've been buying Nulo wet food for my 3 cats and they all LOVE it! I wanted to write a review because recently my dog-nephew (Toby a handsome German Shepherd Dog) came to visit right as Junie (my tabby girl) was eating . Of course, Junie ran and hid when Toby came, even though he's a gentle giant... anyway... Toby smelt the food a devoured it in couple seconds and was looking up at with with puppy eyes and tilted head saying "do you have more of this yummy yummy?" SO naturally, his parents ordered Toby some yummy Nulo. Cat and Dog approved!

After 7 + years my cats are turning away
First, I must commend the Nulo Customer Service team. They did their best to make right on the fact that my cats would not eat their recent subscribe and save order of this chicken and turkey pate. We have had more or less 7 cats for the last 7 years, and this has always been their main food. I got a batch in August, and they would not eat it. Nulo tried to make good on this fact. I took a risk and got 2 more cases from my subscribe and save - those 2 cases were a different batch and they are devouring them. I just ordered one more case from Amazon - the batch number is the same as the one they wouldn't eat. Amazon won't accept returns, and now I'm in search of another mainstay pate that I can feed my cats. I will not purchase this anymore until I am sure that this batch of food is no longer in circulation. And then I just read in a comment that they changed their formula. If this is the case, I will not be buying their food anymore. Just be aware that something is different with batch 75CTU2.

Carrageenan-free, grain-free, decent 'high-quality' cat food for the $$
Kitty loves it, I feed half a can with diluted water to my kitty with a little bit of dry food sprinkled on top. After kitty got blocked from eating primarily dry food (it was high quality but problem is lack of moisture content), I've been looking for high quality wet food alternatives. No throwing-up, and after a month, kitty's got a pretty shiny fur coat.I've also been looking up the history of this company and this is what I found:- The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and their foods are manufactured in Kansas and Nebraska. Both of these FDA-approved facilities are annually inspected by organizations including the American Institute of Baking and BRC Global Standard for Global Safety.- All ingredients are sourced from a network of suppliers who represent Nulo’s quality standards. Fish ingredients, for example, are sustainably-sourced and preserved without ethoxyquin. None of their ingredients, including vitamins and minerals, come from China. The foods are low-carb and low-glycemic, high in protein and low in carbohydrates:- At least 80% of the protein in every recipe comes from animal sources, meaning that they’re biologically appropriate and highly digestible for your carnivorous cat.- Nulo’s Zero Promise states that each formula contains zero corn, wheat gluten, soy, or any artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors.Nulo foods contain a patented BC30 probiotic:- It’s the world’s first probiotic strain capable of surviving high-heat processing. This ensures that the food retains its probiotic power after cooking and extrusion.Sounds pretty good for me. 4 stars because I've read bad reviews about quality back in 2011, so I'm still skeptical.

Turkey & Chicken Recipe is NOT the same anymore!
UPDATE 11/10/23: Nulo was FANTASTIC in responding to me email of concern. They verified nothing has changed on the recipe, but that ingredients vary given their nature. So, although it's weird that all three of our cats used to love it, but now won't touch it, it's hard to believe....but there you have it. They did send me a free case of replacement food of a formula my cats DO still love. I encourage others to reach out to them as well....I have been feeding all three of my cats the Freestyle Turkey & Chicken Recipe for several years. As of about 2-3 months ago they would not touch it! We noticed the color was much more 'pink/red' and figure there must be a recipe change. Since there isn't a way to return, and the food is pretty expensive, I had to dilute it (making ONE can last 3 days) in order to get it used up, and disguise it. Even with doing that ALL three of my cats wouldn't finish their bowls of food most days (get fed twice/day). I decided to just stop using it, but my Amazon Subscribe & Save went through accidentally. Since it's been a month or so, and it's a different batch, I thought I'd try it. But, NOPE, same thing...they won't eat it! I've been on Nulo's website and see reviews giving the same feedback. I've emailed the company and we'll see what they say...Supposedly Nulo is denying a recipe change, cat trials like it, blah blah... really disappointing.
