Does this thermogenic fat burners suitable for Men or Women?

Can't speak for the woman side, but it is working great for me (a man, obviously:). But metabolic rates should be increased regardless of sex. It really gets the metabolism fired up for me - especially early in the morning!

Shred has 260mg of caffeine per serving. A normal cup of coffee has about 95-100mg of caffeine.

What's rhe difference b/w Blue Raz and other flavors? Why does it cost more?

I am not sure of the difference. Reach out to their customer service. They are great and respond very quickly. I must add this pre workout is one of the best of about a dozen i have tried.

How quickly work it after drinking?

I take it about 20-30 mins before working out on an empty stomach...that will get you right
