Chief's Elite Slingbow

This slingshot is well constructed. Work like a charm using as a sling bow and also a slingshot. Used marksman and daisy slingshot in the pass. But slingshot is more well made. The draw on the sling is required much more strength to pull back than your typical slingshot I notice. I believe 40 lb draw. Don’t mind it since it’s met for arrows. This sling bow shot is well work the money.

You can see from the photo that the arrow guide both bent and has lost the spring that holds it up. I've only had this slingshot 2 days.Probably I will just return it.

It works as described and expected. Is of good quality.

The elite's yoke forks are to low,therefore making the arrow rest to high,it doesn't align with the bands like the old hfx.that makes it not as accurate as it should be.

This is a very accurate slingbow. It is excellent for hunting and target shooting.

This slingbow is awesome! I liked it so much so that I bought 2 of them. (The Tony Reaves version and the Chief version)They have a solid feel that is far different from the less expensive ones you may see.For general backyard practice, I would recommend using maybe 25lb draw @ 10-15 meters. (Black Rubber Latex Tubing 3/8" OD 1/4" ID @ 8 inches gives about 25-30lbs draw - may want zip ties on the forks) The thicker tubing that it comes with is SERIOUS! Not that difficult to draw, but you wouldn't want to do it all day. Would take big game no doubt at all!I'd recommend the stabilizer. It shoots just fine without it...but the stabilizer reduces a bit of vibration.You will not be disappointed in your purchase.
