I ordered this camera as one of my existing CCTV cameras had failed. Product arrived before time. Unfortunately, it wasn't compatible with my security system. It was my mistake as I assumed that DVR and NVR based cameras are interchangeable. They are not :(In any case, I requested a refund and the seller responded within 12 hours. When the seller realized it was compatibility issue, full refund was issued - no further questions asked.Really liked the attitude and honesty.The camera itself is good - I have used the same model with another system and it works with no issues.

Excellent picture quality from this camera. Easy to install. Easy to adjust. Should work to just about every analog video recorder with the format selector on the umbilical cord. Would buy again!

Considering the price and what you get for it you couldn't get much a better deal. I'm quite satisfied for the price I paid with the products I got I don't know if it'll last years and years but at least for the time being it's relatively functional it doesn't have an IP rating of any kind like IP65 for example so I would keep it out of any kind of wetness, so no liquid water exposure in environment but that being said protected from the elements correctly it should last for at least a while. It does provide a good picture, as for motion sensing I haven't bothered to test that as of yet but if I can tell the picture quality and night vision are quite good for an analog camera especially at this price. I almost would have expected to receive a dummy or a toy at this price but it's actually fully operational! If you have a limited and your requirements are modest this will easily exceed them!
