Q: Why is the print so blurred that no one can read it ??

I never had a tub I couldn’t read if I got it in the light with my glasses on, you can email get healthy again and ask them stuff directly. They answered some my questions directly to me. Maybe you just got a badly produced label. Sorry can’t be of more help.

Q: Does this need to be kept cool or shipped in ice pack or anything? I have bought a few supplements that had gone bad during shipping.

It does not need to be keep cool or shipped with an ice pack. We have sent it to Arizona in the summer with no problems.
