Thermostat problem
From day one of delivery of this product, the thermostat was cutting the electric supply unabling the radiator to reach the desired temperature. I tried to call at call center many many time but no response was given and when i requested for a replacement even that was denied. Now there is no adequate heat to warm my room even. I just don’t know what shall I do with this product.I’M SUFFERING FROM COLD AND I’M FEELING CHEATED.

waste of money...
Waste of money. consumption of electricity is more. heating of room is a nightmare... unable to heat the room temp of 10*10*10. If we switch on fan, surrounding temp will slightly raises... otherwise its a dull one...

Faulty heater used or Rejected product
Box didnt have seal on it, only held by tape. The heater doesnt work. Also did not have any original paper work or manual or warrantee card.

Some parts were Missing otherwise it is superb

Useless product
Tried 2 times to use the product but the quality is bad and on both occasions it failed to warm up. Thanks to Amazon CS team to assist in replacement and return of item. Advise to keep away from such brand and faulty products.

Very low heating
I bought 13 fin heater 2 days back. It's just not effective. Infact even when I am standing very close to it after 4 hrs of starting and putting temprature regulator to max - the heat quantity is very low. Really disappointed. Initiating return.
