My doctor actually recommended coloring books to help counteract the negative effects of a certain medication I was taking. The last time I colored in a book I was 5 and my Ms. Nieves patted my head and said well look at the bright side you are smart you don't have to be artistic as well. I took my coloring book trashed it and picked up my 3rd grade reading level book. After that I viewed coloring books as having been created by the devil himself.Much to my surprise Ms. Nieves was WRONG I am artistic and I love my coloring books. I purchased a nice inexpensive color wheel here on Amazon and my pictures only keep getting better. So glad I listened to the doctor :)

This is a horrible book for coloring. It contains only bold black lines and large open areas that would be sufficient for a child and even then, the pictures are not pretty. Don't waste your money! Look for something else if you are wanting something to spend quality time on coloring that will engage your mind and imagination.

What a disappointment. The cover shows four nice mandalas to color. But inside it's a different story. Lots of black and white pictures with not much to color.

Many of the mandalas in this book are drawn with heavy black ink, lots of broken lines and white space. I'd return it if I didn't begin coloring in it already.

this book is full of large black shapes where there is no design to color. I would recommend this book to anyone under 10 years old.

mandalas were too simple, couldn't use as many colors as I usually do.
