Stop working after just a few uses disappointed with this product. I love it and the wonderful scent just didn't work long enough.

When I got this in the mail and read the manual and tried it for the first time I pretty much immediately ordered one that plugs into the wall. It shuts itself off for safety or something after a minute or 90 seconds so you keep having to turn it off and back on again to get it to work again for the next 90 seconds you want it to burn incense

This is a really nice idea, but even after much pulling, twisting, and exhausting all methods, even to the point of brute force, we could not open the top where you put the bakhoor in so basically doesn’t work. Anyone else have this problem? Can we get some help from the seller to open this? I would change my review if we can actually open it and use it.

Absolute worst purchase ever on amazon. Received product opened and dirty. And, to make matters worse, it didn’t work. Amazon returns aren’t as easy as Nike so I’m not wasting my time with a return and refund just warning people to stay away from a horrible product

Definitely disappointed. Unboxing, the product and set up are great, but the device only stays on maybe 1.5 minutes before it auto shuts off from overheating. Thought maybe I need to fully charge it overnight, same thing. Returning.

Turn off 1 minutes them waiting more than 20 to start again also 7 hours for full charge and only work for 3 minutes tow start with 90 minutes each

It stopped working after a week and I was out of town so I couldn’t return it

The space between the mesh and top is minuscule. Burns for less than a minute and is an awful design
