A great first telescope for kids!
My nine year old boys are space mad and have been learning about the moon landings at school - we've been looking at the moon through the telescope on a clear night and it gives such a good picture. We've spotted Venus and Jupiter, which are both really bright and clear! It's a great introduction to the night sky. I'm really impressed with the quality for the price — it's really robust — but best of all, it's easy for kids to use. Highly recommend!

Great telescope!
I bought this as Birthday present for my four year old and he was very excited. It was easy enough to set up and it looks like a decent bit of kit. I used it myself to look at birds in our garden and it was easy to focus. Last night, when the supermoon was visible we thought we’d give it a shot and I was amazed with the result! One very happy little 4 year old boy!

Great telescope for beginners
My eldest loves this telescope; it's great for beginners and has certainly peaked his interest in stars and space. Really easy to set up and has got quite the zoom on it! We were also fortunate enough to have this when Venus and Neptune were visible and in line with the moon. So having the telescope then made it very special for my son!

easy to assemble, ok magnification
i guess i was expecting a little more from the magnification, but it's not bad! i was able to see the phases of venus with this (Which i didn't know was a thing until i saw it was cresent shaped and then looked it up)this is really perfect for the moon and some planets.seems slightly pricey for the level of magnification and is quite a cheap stand/setup but it works well and have also bought as a present for others. I'm not sure anything else exists in this prices range, and im hopeful it gives kids an interest in science/space!

Good telescope but missing screw
Bought for my son who loves it, but a screw was missing to lock it in place. Having called up they won't supply just the screw and have no more telescopes in stock

Can't see anything
We understand it is a toy and view will be far from real telescope, however with this one we can't see anything. We tried multiple times and now it is only as decoration on the desk.
