However, the dark tinted glass on the door makes it challenging to monitor the food while it’s cooking, as visibility is quite limited even with the internal light on. The “Keep Warm” function is useful but could be more energy-efficient, as it uses the heating coil continuously for up to an hour. Nevertheless, the microwave performs efficiently, with various auto-cook programs that make meal prep easy. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a small family of 2-3, providing good value and functionality for daily use.

Old model, but overall great. Got a little dent on delivery, but Samsung service is at par.

It is a good buy!
Black finish of the exterior looks very good. Light inside the owen is very dim while working, one can see hadly see what is inside. Control panel arrangment is good, since it is not a touch panel. One can easily increase or decrease the time.

Received a defective product.
Highly disappointed with the product I received. I usually don't prefer ordering electronics online. But I wasn't able to find a basic usage microwave in any nearby store. Hence ordered in through Amazon. The microwave is received is not in good condition. It's one side is dropping down. The technician who came to fit asked me if you wanna return the item. But as I was traveling and had a lot of work do. This would be another hassle and I had no time and patience to return it. I'm really disappointed. Sharing the pictures of the microwave.

Product should be deliver in a perfect condition
The media could not be loaded. Samsung electric products are good I just received the product today . it was delivered by the company delivery , it's raining here in Himachal and he left the product on the main road in the mud.
