Buen material el tamaño es muy cómodo no es pesado y se siente por el tamaño mucho más como para tareas fuertes , el agarre no lastima pero podrían pulirlo mejor

The tang of the knife protruded out beyond the wood handle. Feels very uncomfortable in your hand. The blade itself scratches easily . I don’t believe it was heat treated properly to a Rockwell hardness of 54. The lettering on the blade feels like it was just painted on, instead of being etched into the steel. Even though it’s not an expensive knife ,I think the manufacture should have better quality control. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Le couteau lui-même est assez/suffisament tranchant pour mon usage. Le problème que j'ai est que il faut porter des gant pour l'utiliser. Le manche a un problème de finition. La soie métallique n'est pas au ras du matériau de la poignée, vous pouvez donc sentir la crête énervée du métal lorsque vous tenez le couteau. Même mon couteau le moins chere de un supermaché n'a pas ce probleme.

This was my first experience with a TUO knife. It is beautiful and sharp but thr handle and rivets are sharp in the hand. I could feel the edges where the wood and metal meet. I will return this for a different handle but was blown away by the blade itself . I will definitely order another TUO knife .

keep it sharp with quality stones. doesn't chip like the vg 10 Damascus blades.
