Holds big phones
I have an LG Stylo 6, and I like to hold it vertically while driving. This mount holds my phone perfectly and can withstand the bumps of the precarious roads here in Western PA. The suction cup has a bit of stickiness to it that helps it hold really tight to the windshield. Cleaning the suction cup with alcohol doesn't remove the stickiness and you can continue to re-adhere from car to car. I would have given 5 star but one of the holding pegs snapped after a long while. To be fair it was partly my fault for not switching to the longer ones after buying a bigger phone. Otherwise I am happy with this mount and would recommend it.

i was original going to order two mounts for for my work phone and personal phone the space in my work van is limited specially
I had this product for two weeks now, i was original going to order two mounts for for my work phone and personal phone the space in my work van is limited specially when it comes to cup holders so I thought ordering two for both my phones I have a g4 and s5 I decided to order one to test the product and then place another order if I like the product, I decided to test it out on my g4 which I am using the waze app for up to date traffic and navigation you might want to consider that the volume and screen activation buttons are on the back which is really not a problem if you activate your phone screen before places in the mount I have had three issues with this product I lost one of the tabs that are slide on that hold the phone, I think it fell off when I take Phone on and off but, but I super glued the tabs in place i recomend you do this after you decide the best spot that works with your phone my g4 has the aux and usb shifted to one side on the bottom, so it works fine with three, the second issue is that the the adhesive tape that holds the glass pad for mounting on the dash board what fell off the bottom part of the pad held real good to the dashboard do so I used some 3m double sided tape and stuck it to the bottom part of the pad took off adhesive that I had on the dashboard, it's working fine now although my van does seem to shake a lot and the mount was going up and down that might have contributed to the adhesive failure, the third issue is that mount when connected to the windshield it started to sag after the first couple of days seem sturdier when placed on the dashboard pad, the last you might not be an issue for people who have these mounts in your personal cars, i might order one for my personal truck and update the review depending on the outcome so for now i am going to say 4 stars

Broke in less than 6 months
This item broke in less than 6 months of regular use. The rubber portion of the suction cup that connects it to the remainder of the plastic assembly simply tore and there’s no way to mount this now.I am changing my review from a 1 to 4 because when I reached out to customer service they got back to me incredibly fast. They said they had a 2 year warranty and quickly sent out a replacement. I appreciate the great customer service.

Equivalent to products costing $40 and more. Excellent value. Very highly recommended.
Sturdy construction, sticks to glass firmly and durably. The two sets of interchangeable fingers will adjust to securely grip widths between about 4 1/4" and 8". (Holds my Samsung Galaxy 4, about 6" high, with ease.) The cradle can rotate through 360 degrees in the vertical plane and will lock at any position. It can also pivot left or right about 25 degrees. The arm can pivot from parallel to the glass or dash up to about 135 degrees, at which point it interferes with the suction cup lever though you can fanangle it a bit further if you have a real need. All the literature indicates usage on the horizontal top of the dash but I'm using mine without problem on the windshield of my Kia Sedona van which slopes back at about 35 degrees from horizontal - quite a slope, I don't imagine a windshield sloping more than that, so I can't imagine a windshield or dash that this couldn't easily adapt to. It is very, very versatile.Instructions say that it either won't stick to, or is recommended not to be used with, certain dash types (knobbly surface or padded dash) so an adhesive disk is provided in the kit. You stick that to your dash, and attach the device's suction cup to that. I haven't used it so no comment.Four months later: I attached the suction cup to my smooth dash top about three months ago and it's still secure. I'm very happy with this product.I see a few one star comments; You can break anything if you don't handle it appropriately. I'm sure I could snap the fingers off with misuse. Just handle it with common sense. And Yes, the spring is strong. That's so it holds your spendy phone or what not securely! Yes, do use both hands to insert your device before you start driving but I can easily attach my Galaxy with 5 1/2" screen with one hand, and it's very, very secure. We're totally delighted with this in terms of performance, versatility, price and delivery. (Got it in 2 days with Prime)

Great suction power, very good adhesion and super easy to install
This is the second one that I have purchased, the first one finally wore out after three years. I like it so much that I bought another one. Very versatile and will hold your phone in any position. I have an iPhone 12 pro max and it holds it perfectly. It comes with extra prongs to extend the gripping length for your device

It's good for normal phones
I bought it for my Nexus 6 and ... it doesn't hold it very well. The phone is heavy and with a supcase on it it barely fits. But that is not the problem. The problem is when you mount it on the windshield the weight of the phone is just too much for the phone and combined with bumpy roads, it just doesn't hold. On the other hand, if you put a lighter phone on it, say... S6, it's perfect. I use it with that phone now. Overall it's good quality, good suction and mount sturdiness (provided you don't put a brick on it).

Good, solid product, minor niggle about the grommets
Decided to spend a little bit extra to get a decent phone holder and I would certainly say this is worth the money. The build is solid and it stays firmly in position, even when it's holding a large phone - Samsung S6 in my case. There's no rattling and the suction is more than strong enough.I tried using the adhesive pad to mount it on my car's dashboard rather than the window, but it didn't work very well on that surface so I used the sucker on the window instead. It hasn't budged from there since and has never come free. The small plastic grommets that stop the arms from coming out of their grooves are a bit fiddly and easy to lose (which I have done) and I could have done with a couple of spares in the bag. Surely there's a better way of blocking those grooves once the unit has been assembled? Only a niggle though. That's why I took a star off the rating, but really, if half a star was an option, that's all I'd have taken off.All in all, i like the product and I'd buy it again.

Does its job well
Does a great job holding my phone in place. Sticks well to the top of the dashboard, never came off so far. Very sturdy. Really, for the price, I couldn't say anything bad about it!

Brilliant
I was after a phone holder that would accommodate for a wallet style phone case and that was suitable for my note 4. After coming across this one, it looked ideal. It is a well built holder that sticks to the windscreen incredibly well, so well infact that you need to pull quite hard to remove it. It does come with a plastic disc that you can stick to your dashboard if you don't want it on the screen. It has no problem in holding my phone and the case can stay open with no problem atall. It was more than I have ever paid for a phone holder but is worth every penny. There is very little movement even on the roughest of roads. All in all it is absolutely brilliant!
