still working on how often to pre-prepare the pan
Things stick to the pan a lot unless it's pre-prepared (a little oil to flash point, cooled and repeat three times)Since doing that it seems much better. It's a good weight, useful size and looks good. It's become my go-to pan, so that's a useful pointer for the future.

have used the pan several times, and for the amount I paid for the product am very happy with the quality if food sticks, just leave it to soak for 15 mins or so and its very easy to clean
