First time my 1 year old slept through the night was when we put him in this thing. Its extremely soft even after washing and hang drying. My baby's room sits at 70degrees and even when the heat was cranked higher, he still would sleep on his hands no matter how many times we layered him and he would wake up a couple times a night screaming for a couple minutes before being too tired to stay awake. The 1.5tog stripes keeps him down for 11 hours straight every night for the first time in his life. He is 31.5" tall and in size 12-18m right now and the 12m-2t size fits like a dream with a good few inches of growing room to spare, but the slim ankles keep it up from going under his feet so no tripping! I love it so much. This sleep suit is worth every single penny and it is the only sleep sack my kiddo has ever actually enjoyed wearing.

We jokingly call this the baby's clown suit. Anyway...Fit: The fit is pretty generous. If your baby wears smaller than the big brand name 12 months, this will probably be too large.Effectiveness: We keep our house cold at night... Like I think we keep the thermostat at 64. We dress baby in cotton footy pajamas and put this sleeper over the top. It doesn't always get to the low temps, but when it does I have found I need to put a blanket on him in the wee hours when it gets the most chilly.Pros: adorable, soft and not made of fleece, which I hate the feel of. Pretty warm. Open leg holes for my early walker.Cons: the zipper doesn't stay down very well and probably pokes baby in the neck more often than it should. Pills lightly after laundering. Solution? Don't wash it very often because it's not needed, unless there's a body fluid accident.

this sleep suit is super cute and soft but unfortunately after the first wash, even following the care instructions the zipper now bunches and does not lay flat. Also where the zipper comes up under the neck was uncomfortable for my son as I was watching him try to fall asleep with it he kept pulling at the zipper under neck. I ended up going in his room and taking it off for him to go to sleep. I’m super disappointed because I really wanted to like this item. If they found a better way to cover the zipper at the top it might be better.

We have had this suit for 1 week and it looks like it’s been worn for years. It already has pills all over. It’s very cute but obviously the quality is terrible.
