Roary the Racing Car

I ordered this for my 2 year old son. We watched a video online and he fell in love. I think I have watched this dvd about 3 times a day since. All of my children (even the girls)and my husband love it. Everything went well with the ordering/shipping and receiving. Very prompt. I only had one problem, but it was MY fault completely. It shipped to my old address because I forgot to change my shipping address, but I went and picked it up with no probs. If your child likes cars, trucks, or anything automotive then I thouroughly suggest this dvd. It teaches goos life lessons as well as being entertaining for the kids! Thank you!!!

My 5 year old son loves Roary! We used to watch the show on television, but when we moved, we couldn't find it anymore. I came to "trusty" Amazon and found exactly what I was looking for! Roary always has great little stories that are educational for kids, and for my car obsessed son, there is no better vessel to deliver feel good stories!

Earlier this year, I ordered the Roary DVD for my son (a cartoon for preschoolers). The seller shipped me a book about some political candidate. I contacted Amazon and they agreed to resubmit the order and paid for expedited shipping (which I greatly appreciated). The seller then proceeded to send to me the Roary DVD COVER - with NO DVD INSIDE of it. My son was greatly disappointed. I was disgusted by the whole situation and have simply written this order off as a loss. However, I do feel it's necessary to forewarn prospective buyers about this seller - who is not reliable and does not deliver on their orders.

My grandsons watched roary on demand when they visit.I happen to see this on line on Amazon at a great price and shipped it to them in 2 days.They were so excited to get something in the mail.Love the convenience since I dont always have time to shop.Also mom approves because Rory always teaches morals and lessons.

This was all that I could find that plays in US region, sad there were more than 130 stories made.

Son loves it!

My 2year old son loves this show...the problem is that they only play the opening theme song once at the beginning of the first episode. Toddlers love the opening song and so he gets bored because the episodesplay back to back and he doesn't get that excitement of hearing the "song" playing before each episode. He gets involved with other things and forgets to watch- it's like a one hour non-stop long drawn out episode rather than many smaller episodes.

My 3 and 5 year old love Roary so when I spotted this I couldn't resist, over 5 hours of fun for only a few quid.The story and voice overs are great so I don't mind watching it either unlike some of the other kids programs.The only reason it's not got 5 stars is because it mentions that one DVD is a Xmas one, this is not really the case as none of the episodes are related to Xmas - it's just a bonus feature which you can design a Xmas tree which isn't that interactive.Overall a great product at a brill price.

As grandparents we really needed a change from Peppa Pig so we looked for something else for us all to enjoy. I read through the previews which were very good and having watched a few episodes on TV sent for this collection. Next day delivery and Grandad was very happy to watch Roary and Big Chris (AKA Peter Kay). Couldn't be a better choice for his voice! Those of you who loved Phoenix Nights will appreciate the humour and some of Big Chris's mannerisms even if they are coincidental. Our grand-daughter, who is two and a half, loves Roary's adventures and we would thoroughly recommend these DVDs to anyone with a toddler to entertain.

My grandson absolutely loves it

Great fun. I loved it. (Oh, and so did the grandson . . .) This bumper edition is good value for money. By the way, it seems to me that the characters never really get to have a race where there is a winner. Doubtless part of the modern outlook where the spirit of competition is dampened! Nevertheless I recommend it.

My little one loves Roary and only had one DVD which the whole family was bored of. This provides plenty of variety.
