i bought these because my usual brand was out of stock. Saw some bad reviews on here, but mostly good. Took a chance a bought them and I actually think these are better than my usual brand! Excellent sleep quality and excellent blood sugar and blood pressure. Very impressed. Wil buy again.

I am a woman that is in my 50's and ladies as you know some of us have trouble sleeping in this age range. I have tried everything and use different products to help me sleep. I noticed I was sleeping deeper the first night after I tried this. As I have kept taking it I now sleep a little bit longer than usual . After I take it I notice that I am ready for bed after about 15 min. If I am not, then I still go to bed and seem to fall asleep a little bit faster too.You take two capsules and they give you 120 of them. I need magnesium for health reasons, and this seems to accomplish two things for me gives my magnesium and better quality of sleep. Give it a try!

Why companies (Solaray) end their best selling mag product & radically change formula so regular customers refuse to buy “new cheaper type mag & pepper” product is mind boggling.Only negative of Omni is cost since magnesium is the latest health craze. 2 safety seals that are sustainable & well planned in each bottle. Shame cannot recycle bottle, but most supplements bottles cannot be recycled.

I think it’s working I don’t know, better than not having any magnesium in your system that’s for sure

This product is ok, but I don't like the rice powder in it.
