PROFOOTProfoot Runner's Knee Orthotic Insole, Men's 8-13

I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left knee. My orthopedist gave me the green light to keep running, but to be smart about it. I run 3 times a week, for a total of 15 miles or so per week. These absorb shock and give a little extra softness without crowding my feet. I like the little cushion at the ball of the foot, too. Looking forward to more miles with these in my favorite running shoes!

I feel the diference right away, very commfy but they are to short. I bougth size 8-13 i'm 9 but they only cover to My mid foot. Don't know if they are supossed to be this way

These insoles would have been perfect if they were longer. They need to come in more sizes/lengths. I’m an 8.5 and the part that should go under the ball of the foot was more u see my arch. It’s a shame because the heel cushion and the arch support were so supportive and cushiony. I had to send them back and buy a different brand.

Suspected right knee overuse / knee cap mis aligned (says PT therapist), diagnosed ACL MCL sprain. These helped big time and have ordered 2. Will order another soon. Thanks !

This support is pictured next to a size 7.5 shoe. I don’t know how this is supposed to fit into the shoe, but I know this isn’t it. It’s WAY too short and provides no support. In fact, it’s just painful on the ball of my foot. I’m returning this.
