No real complaints and good value but one of the left hand plastic boots came off and is now missing. No obvious way to get replacement parts, unfortunately.

Installation calls for using one bolt in the center of the cross bar but my car mounts with two bolts on either side so I can’t install it, and I’m passed my return window (I just had a baby so I couldn’t get to it right away). Highly upset that it doesn’t work with my 2017 highlander.

Good value, but had one installation issue. My crossbars came with english instructions and have an adjustment for fine-tuning the width. The quality is good and they are generally straightforward to install. However, the instructions say that there are arrows on the ends of the crossbars to indicate which way to orient them. Mine have no such markings, so I will do some research to try and figure it out. The bar has a thinner edge and a fatter edge, kind of like a wing, so apparently it matters either for aerodynamics or for attaching gear. Will report back if i figure it out.

Just got these cross bars today, and the box does not contain any instructions at all. Product looks like it might be of decent quality. Update - The install was logical, i figured it out without instructions. Have not used them to secure anything yet, but they hold up to the weekly trip through the car wash. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

For the price these are awesome. Instructions were in Chinese but had pics that we're easy to follow. Fit my 2014 highlander limited perfectly.

When we started to install we found that the rail contact points don't line up with the roof rack spaces. Also the instructions in the box weren't even the ones for those racks. We had to return them. Very frustrating.

These work really well! We use them mostly to store an XL kennel for our EM 135lbs when we travel too and from NorCal and they've been great. I only dinged one star that the coating isn't that great. Already has a few scratches. But honestly for the price compared to others I'd use a bit of fix it paint and move on with my several extra hundreds of dollars in my pocket! Don't waste your money on the expensive ones!
