Do these fit into the holes on oval hand guards?

If you are referring to traditional, old school AR handguards, they will not. They will only work on newer handguards that are M-Lok compatible. Like the ones that Magpul makes.

How to attach the mlok part? watched several youtube videos and it looks easy. do i have to remove my hand guard?

The mlok should fit through your hand guard, you should NOT have to remove it, it is very easy as you have mentioned. Added mine in minutes!!

What size screws does this use? The screws are not long enough for my application. Does anyone know the thread and pitch of the screws?
