I was looking for a little help to share videos without stumbling over my words so after a few months of looking around, I found a deal for this one. It was well packaged and comes with its own case. The assembly was simple and the setup is easy to use. I had maybe an hour into assembly, setup, and navigating the app before I took my first video using this. It was a breeze! I only needed a couple of takes vs. a dozen or so. I looked flawless on the video and you couldn't tell at all that I was reading the teleprompter. I would highly recommend!

The instructions are decent and pretty easy to follow with the exception of how the reflective glass adjusts.First, you'll need to remove the plastic caps and use a 5/16th hex size and REALLY twist left to loosen. At least on my model, for a moment I thought I was going to break something. When it's loosened though it's all good to go from there.Comes in a decent case that's light grey and stands out from other standard black cases. I don't understand how others are breaking this as it's pretty well made in my limited experience with high-end teleprompters and feels solid and very metal. If anything it's too much on the heavy end at 5.57 lbs.

Teleprompter is good quality as. Fast to hookup. The remote is garbage. Does not connect easily and when it does it connects as a keyboard and impossible to edit buttons making it unusable. The recommended apps are a security and privacy nightmare asking for access to everything.

Greatly improved our recording speed, and disassembly and assembly are not very troublesome. I hope the app will continue to be upgraded and the interface will be more friendly
