ConvaTec Aloe Vesta Skin Protection 3 Ointment (8 oz.)

Words cannot describe the sadness when I came here to order more of my favorite ointment and found it has been discontinued. This is the best ointment ever! The only thing I’ll ever use! Please bring it back!

This is an excellent product I have used for yearsto help heal and protect sensitive skin for my aging father as his caregiverr, and now for myself. I can no longer find it available for purchase, though, so I've had to find alternative products.

I fell on first day of snow , last October , i dislocated my ring finger and injured several of my fingers badly. Doing hand therapy still , she put on my hand once of the Conva tec , it was a good feeling on my hand and it was so nice and peaceful to feel my hand moving better, that I decided to get one for me . The thickness is good , but due to the injures I can’t put pressure or move my fingers like before yet , the warmth is very nice and the sheerness is good . Each injury is different so see your doctor first . In my case , the Conva tec is giving to my hand some confort , helping with the redness , the dry skin and helps with the swelling and the discomfort. It’s is a good investment and it has more of the good side for several skin problems. I like it a lot and I really recommend it . God bless all and stay safe 🙏🏻.

I use this as a moisture barrier. It is non greasy and goes on with out leaving any residue that will stain your clothes. It works very well and also moisturizes your skin. I use it after every shower it is the only product I have found that keeps my skin dry and avoids any type of rash or chafing.

I used to use this in the ICU. This is by far the best cream ever. I gift this to all the new mommies for the babies!! I haven't met anyone who doesn't like this cream.

Have used this for over 20 years. Recommended by pediatrician for disabled child with drooling for chin. Still use on face and found also works for diaper area. Don’t stop making!

*** I bought this at FULL PRICE. *** I was introduced to this product at my wound care center. Turns out Aloe Vesta has a whole range for skin care products which I have been used on my body to help it to stay as healthy as could be. I use this product to coat my legs which get really really dry due to having to wear compression socks and special compression boots. Before I was introduced to this product I used several off the shelf products, some which are very big name brand products too, and I was still having problems with my dry legs. Within 10 days of using this product, my dry skin problem on my legs is well controlled. I use Aloe Vesta Skin Protection 3 Ointment as part of my wound care regimen. This product is also good for hand, arms, elbows, you name it. It doesn't take a lot of product to work wonders. This #3 is very thick and a little goes a long long way. A little dab after washing dishes or a few times a day if you wash your hands a lot will help ensure soft, healthy skin. Totally deserves 5 Stars.

I ordered this product on April 6th received on April 11th. I first started using this lotion in the hospital for a non related stay. The bottle was 2.5 oz size. It lasted for about two years as a travel cream in my purse. I just used it on the go when my hands and elbows were feeling too dry. I love the thickness. You only need a dot to cover hands, which is the reason it lasts so long. It feels very greasy but once dry, my hands are so soft. Great for cuticles too. As thick as it is, I’m certain this lotion will last forever.
