Takes much longer to soften when soaking overnight
I have used other brands from amazon and usually soak a teaspoon full overnight. By morning all the methi was soft.In the case of this brand, more than 50% of the seeds were not soft and I had to throw out all the soaked Methi as it was like biting into small stones. Didn't want to chip my teeth.
