Q: My remote control doesn't work, maybe the battery is dead, how can I replace the battery?

I know this question is old, but for anyone who has this problem I thought my remote didn't work either until I realized that there is a slip of paper in-between the battery and the contacts preventing it from draining until you receive it. To change the battery you simply put your fingers against the non slip part on the bottom of the remote control and rotate it counter-clockwise. After this you can remove the paper material and start using your remote.

Q: How much (how far down) of the monitor's bezel is covered?

it does not at all cover or interfere the screen. I dont know what kind of screen you have, I have Samsung G9. This thing fits it as if made for it

Q: Can you set the ambient light to a solid, constant rgb color? for example, solid red.

Not that I know. Just the 3 settings that they mention in the description. The waves, pulsating and voice activated. I personally only use the waves effect one when I watch movies etc. But The RGB backlight is nice for background lighting when you have no other light on. But for work I just use the main light.

Q: Does this light make a lot of noise compared with other brands?
